All in all, not a terrible place to live. I was there for 4 years and most of the time it was nice. Had a couple hiccups with neighbors but it was handled in person. Walls are very thin so any little thing going on next door is easily heard. AC system felt too big for a 1 bedroom so it was CONSTANTLY turning on and off, not running long enough to help control humidity which was constantly at 70% + inside the unit that they never really addressed after multiple work orders, while also driving my electric bill upwards of $200 for 800sq ft. . The vents and pipes had mold everywhere and it took 3 work requests for them to finally clean it. They only had 50mbps internet while I was there but are in the process of installing fiber when I left. It did feel safe walking around and coming home late at night. Parking was a pain to find, unless you lived in more of the back of the complex. I had trouble finding parking near my unit every single day after 4-5pm. I also had big issues with maintenance showing up unannounced, including walking in in early hours after I left and the wife was still asleep. They were told atleast 5 times in the past to call before coming but I don’t think they called a single time when a work request was put in (including putting in capital letters to “CALL BEFORE ENTERING” on the request). It was mentioned to the staff and manager but nothing ever changed over the years and it made us very uncomfortable knowing they would just barge in. Other than those, it wasn’t a bad place to live. Things here and there could definitely be improved but we made it work for 4 years.

Overpriced. Do not get an apartment on the top floor, your AC will drive your electric bill north of $200 in summer months for a 1 bedroom.
