Tasty ribs! Perfectly smoked using wood. Fried okra took some time to get, but was hand battered with a light and crispy batter and perfectly seasoned. One of the best I've ever had. Friendly folks and a cozy table.

Amazing food and good service. The banana pudding is the best, but they sell out quickly. The five meat sampler with the 3 sides is the best bargain, and could feed a small family.

Bland Brisket …. How is that possible? Not only bland, but the brisket was tough!?! The meat had a distinct lack of marbling so the fatty parts were large and separate from the meat. The sauce was minimal, but I didn’t love it anyway so it probably doesn’t impact my rating. My sides were equally disappointing. The collards are inedible due to saltiness. And the coleslaw came with dressing on the side so I have to mix it myself. The best part of the meal was the unsweet tea. Service was standard, but I had great conversation with another customer while we were each waiting for our lunches. It’s been several years since I tried Reo’s barbecue (I live within a mile of this place) and it may be several more before I return.
