  They annoy the hell out of me with their multiple phone calls...They can't take no for an answer and refuse to stop calling, even when told not to call 15 times...There's not a chance in hell that I would ever do business with this company.

  I didn’t end up purchasing anything today, but my experience with Dennis was fantastic. He was attentive, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure I had all the information I needed to make an informed decision. I will be calling him back when I’m ready to cover my garage floor. His excellent customer service left a lasting impression, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dennis and Renuity Home of Raleigh to others!

  I am extremely adamant about not moving forward with the completion of my garage floor. The customer service I have received has been unacceptable. There has been a consistent lack of communication — no responses, no confirmations, and no follow-up. Most recently, I received a change order confirming an appointment for today between 7:00 and 8:00 AM. It is now 9:30 AM, and no one has arrived or reached out. I took time off work to accommodate this appointment, which makes this continued lack of professionalism even more disappointing. Given these circumstances, I am formally canceling this project. I believe a full refund of my $3,000 deposit is warranted due to your company’s failure to communicate and show up as scheduled. Please confirm receipt of this message and provide a timeline for when I can expect my refund.

  Just a terrible experience, needed to reschedule installation, never got phone calls returned to me, finally called to cancel and my sales person and the regional sales manager ignored my texts and calls. Sales manager didn’t return my calls when he said he would, finally i disputed the charge with my credit card. My credit card issued me a refund and anyone i meet in the future talking about reunity i will be sure to tell them of my experience. It’s no wonder i see other recent one star reviews for them.

  These are the three things that drew me to this company. They are: CUSTOMIZED . A+ SERVICE . LIFETIME WARRANTY. Also, working with Jason Roos. Initially, he came out and explained everything and made our entire experience a very smooth process, from measurements, selection, reschedule and financing. We just had our garage flooring installed yesterday 6/20/2025. Also, just wanna give a big shout out to Trevor and Casey, as they were our Installers and from everything I could see they did a great job. They were very punctual, courteous professional. Also, they were very thorough with explaining details and answering questions. Please see the much NEEDED improvement to our garage. See below the before and after photos.
