  Have had multiple tow bars installed by Rentz on our Jeeps. They do a great job. Stand behind the work performed. Our most recent Jeep proved to be difficult. They worked on it until is was correct! Not their fault just JEEP LIFE!

  We have an older travel trailer that was stored in FL and we needed to haul it cross-country, were a little nervous about tires and the axles holding up for 2400 miles after being exposed to the salt air in FL for many years. Brought it to Rentz and not only did they do a superb job on fixing things up, repacking the bearings, adjusting brakes, new tires, etc. - I feel like we paid an honest price for the work. The work was done quickly to help with our timeframe, and we got to spend some time talking to the mechanic who did the work as well, and he had us test a few things to make sure brakes were tuned to our liking before we left. Here we are now at the other end of the country and the trailer made it fine with zero issues - thanks you guys! Would highly recommend Rentz to anyone needing trailer repair.

  On a referral from my mechanic from Ed & Richey's Garage in PH, I just made a quick call to Rentz of Clearwater to find out more about my truck's towing capacity and I cant say enough about Jake and his patience and strong customer service skills. He answered all my questions and shared his professional insight; he didn't once make me feel like he didn't have time for me and that means everything. That is world class customer service! Nice work, Jake...you just earned a lifelong customer!!

  Rentz installed a hitch on my car for about half what the dealership quoted. They were extremely patient with me on my initial call reviewing my options and the extra harness needed for my car year as well as going over the parts vs labor price for each option. I wound up placing my order and waited for my call to schedule the service once the parts arrived. On scheduling the service date I was warned I’d need to plan for leaving it with them the full day so they can adjust their workload as necessary. Yesterday my mom & I drove the 90 minutes to their location and turns out while I waited for pickup they took my car in promptly, so we did some errands, had brunch then received the call about 2.5 hrs later for pickup up which was much easier than heading home and back again. While paying the hitch bill we wound up adding a ball to the hitch plus steel locking pin and the owner himself was very kind in helping me get both installed on my hitch while still in the lot before we left. Very clean little shop with an accessory display showroom plus a clean restroom for clients. All in all my mom and I were very pleased with the service and kind assistance we received. Would highly recommend Rentz to anyone in the Tampa/Clearwater area.
