- ABAaron BragaNov 8, 20221.0I tried to rent a jackhammer on 2 separate days and was shocked at the customer service I encountered. Im generally understanding of staffing issues, but after a second failed attempt, I gave up and went to the bigger place down the street. Its BASIC customer service to at least say, "I'll be right with you" when customers are standing at the counter waiting for help. When I finally said something, the clerk actually had the nerve to say "this isnt Subway", as if customer service only belongs in food service. I was speechless, and decided on the spot to never return. They dont deserve to stay in business. The equipment wasnt as nice as at the other place either, so no loss I suppose.
