  The renovation team is reliable, responsible, and responsive. Their pricing is reasonable, and they are available within a week or two. They worked on my roof and siding, and after the supervisor reviewed the results, the team returned to complete any unfinished or unapproved items. I would gladly hire them again for any home projects, both interior and exterior. The team’s management is superb, with excellent client handling.

  I had a fantastic experience with Renovation Team. Jim Guller sat with me and we went over everything that was needed to repair my siding. They showed up on time, the work was completed and I couldn’t be more happy with the results. Thank you Renovation Team!

  My experience with Renovation Team and Jim Guller has been great. After reading reviews, I contacted Jim about a problem at one of my rental properties. He responded promptly, presented to assess the situation, and within days completed the job. When I dropped in to see the progress I found Jim at the location, overseeing the work, in 90+ degree temperatures. He then completed another job at another rental property. Jim was nice enough to accompany me to evaluate a potential rehab as well. Jim Guller is responsive to requests, extremely fair regarding pricing, and a pleasure to work with. As an investor in real estate himself he understands the mindset of an investment property owner. Highly recommend
