I then called Renhard and not only was able to talk with them, but also got an appointment the following day, expecting that it may be several days before we could get a service tech. The tech that arrived, Travis, was very professional, quickly identified the issue, was able to order parts and install the next day! He took extra care to ensure everything was fully operational before he left. We needed a new smart thermostat as well, and had one in stock in his truck and took care of this too. I highly recommend Renhard Heating and Cooling and in the future will always call them first!
