DO NOT RENT HERE! New owners are extremely predatory charging almost $3000 for a dated apartment where they don’t even fix anything. They’re raising rent for all of the people that lived here despite prices everywhere rising. If you are considering, look elsewhere I promise you they aren’t worth it!

It is strongly advised against renting from this property. Following its recent sale to a new company, the management has significantly reduced the number of previous staff members. The new management and regional manager appear to prioritize their own interests over the well-being of the residents. They consistently initiate and abandon projects that cause inconvenience to all residents. Additionally, they are renegotiating leases and increasing rent for all tenants. This lack of attention to resident needs is evident in the fact that there are currently 12 units available for rent. There are undoubtedly better options for renting a property than this one. Furthermore, the management’s response to emails is minimal, and they only seem to engage with residents when they visit the office.

We looked into this as a potential home for my mother in law; however, found another spot closer to us and cancelled our application within 24 hours of submission. After multiple phone calls, emails, and visiting the office in person, we have yet to receive a response about when to expect the return of our refundable deposit. At this point, feels like I will need to visit the office in person on a daily basis for a resolution.

Looked into living here. The process is horrible. We applied, and within 24 hours canceled the application. As of this moment I still cannot get them to refund us, return a phone call, anything. I even went to the office and got nowhere. Is this place a front or a scam perhaps? Don't know... avoid at all costs!!

Had (having still) a terrible experience with this place. I was relocating from out of state which is a nightmare in and of itself. Generally you look for places that are going to try to make this process easier. This place was dismissive when contacted on the phone and simply deferred everything to the website without answering questions. First red flag. They use a system I've never heard of before to process rental applications. I have never been denied a rental in my life, never been evicted, etc. I paid the rental fee and holding deposit without concern only to find I was declined for reasons that have still never been disclosed to me. I contacted the office and they stated they don't make any decisions on the application process (second red flag). Referred to this third party company. Contact them, they also state they make no decisions and all decisions are made by the property.
This begins the second stage of the nightmare. I call the office back and request the refund of my $250 holding deposit since nothing is being held. The guy I talked to says "oh, okay. I clicked refund on it" .... third red flag. A week and a half later, I still have no refund. Ive made my move from Oregon to Alaska. Still trying to get my $250 back. I call and talk to a lady who has no idea what anything is, claims her manager is in meetings and he'll call me back. For three days Ive done this dance. All the manager does is have meetings I guess. Never returns calls. Finally get told on day 3 "we mailed the refund to your address on file"....??? You mean the address I MOVED from? Why on earth would anyone mail a check when the payment was made with a debit card when its an application to move?? Clearly im not in that state. Clearly that is horribly inefficient. Clearly no one there has any idea what is going on.
Dodged a bullet with the mysterious denial but wow. Worst leasing office I have ever dealt with.
