  If I could give it a zero, I would I lived there for three years. The rent started at 1300 and then this last year when they wanted me to renew it was gonna be $1800 for what crap your apartment maintenance never gets anything done elevators always smell bad. The hallway is always smell like marijuana and garbage. The stairs are always full of trash. People don’t clean after themselves management is nonexistent. The office is always closed so even if you complain or have a maintenance issue and never gets fixed honestly I wouldn’t recommend anybody staying here at all. Stay away as possible. All they have to offer is a pool and that’s it. They are always stealing the packages out of the rooms. The police is always there because it’s either they’re stealing cars or stealing something in the apartment complex, even though the only way to get in it with access door, but they’re never working the laundry room. It’s always dirty. The machines never work. I mean the list goes on and on and on and if you get an early release, they want you to pay two months worth of rent, which obviously I’m not gonna pay not for the disgusting apartment complex that is renew Aurora honestly stay out the general manager there she’s way over her head and let’s not talk about her family living there rent free but you know what thank God I’m out of there

  This place was not great. Constant infestation of flies, moths, stink bugs, spiders, and rats. The environment felt very sticky (ie: doors would stick shut - you had to pull harder than normal to get them opened) and the place smelled horrid. The only decent thing about this complex is that heating was free.
