Renee is a pleasure to work with. She helped us out in a very sticky situation because of the lack of service with another Insurance company. Of all of the individuals that I worked with in the Insurance field in Ohio, she is hands down the best! They never answer the phone. Their call backs are always at inconvenient times, usually 10 minutes before they close so if you miss the call you have to wait another day
