- RRRon ReaganApr 25, 20231.0I was extremely disappointed with the service I received. I’m sure there are good advisors there, but the person we had wasn’t one of them. A total lack of communication for 6 1/2 months while the market was tanking even though I had reached out to him on many occasions. He assured us that we would meet quarterly, which we didn’t. I would NOT recommend. I did talk to the CEO, Greg Keller. He said he would review my complaint. After he reviewed, he got back to me and didn’t see an issue with the complete lack of meaningful communication. I find that absolutely incredible.
