  Keisha she’s very bad she doesn’t know how to welcome people,she needs to go to school and then after she has to come back to like it customer service. I came to the office she doesn’t serve me. I sat there for more than 15 minutes. Then someone else came she help the person before me that’s not fair.😡😡😡😡

  Called for AC not cooling. Talked to one of the technicians about 2pm he said someone will come over to take a look at it. When I called back the phone either off, discharge or they blocked my number talking maintenance phone number. The room temperature is currently at 79 degree with kids with me. It is just blowing air not cooling. For an urgent call it should not be addressed that way.

  The office manager dispatched maintenance within 45 minutes of my request .The maintenance technician was polite and thorough.He also did a follow up check to see if all was well.

  They told me that my work order is complete, but my washer is still sitting on the patio you until this day so why would you lie say that the order is complete when it’s not like I don’t pay my rent when you guys receive it but then when I call you guys yesterday You act like you don’t know which one I work out at I’m talking about not what I got you hang up on me
