    I'm new to pool maintenance and I am very pleased by Mark and Robin. They have been very helpful to me helping to understand essentials and they do free water testing and do print clear instructions of how much of everything needs to be added to balance pool water to safe levels. That makes it super easy for people who want to take care themselves!

    Mark is truly the Pool Whisperer! Tried to find out why my pool vacuum would not work. Replaced pump and tried suctioning the lines. Called another pool company, spent 1k, still vacuum did not work. Mark came over and in 2 minutes changed the position of a valve. I now have pool vacuum!! The pool Whisperer strikes again. Oh and he refused to send me a bill! Go Remedy Pool!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️🩷🩷

    I have been using this company for a few years. They are expensive, but I figured you get what you pay for. Overall, they have done a good job cleaning the pool. At first, Mark would do any repairs quickly and there would be no problems. In the last 6 months or so any repairs or adjustments to our pool system that need to be made it takes multiple calls, texts and emails to Mark to get him to come and do anything. Lately, he will promise a bid for something and I never received anything. He says he will be over there that day to do it. Still never get anything. The worst part of it all is the lack of communication with Mark. He will very rarely call us and let us know the problem is fixed and what happened. Lastly, I recently got a "final invoice" from them with no notice or heads up that they were just cancelling my service. I emailed to see why there is a partial month on the invoice and they email back and said it was my "final invoice" and they were no longer able to service my house. I said thanks for the heads up on cancelling my service.
