  First off I want to say thank you again to store manager Monique and store associate Tosha! They are the reason why I will shop DSW again. I ordered some shoes online and when I received them, they were worn! I took them back to the store and when I say I received the best customer service I am not exaggerating. Tosha understood my frustration and was apologetic even though the shoes didn’t come from their particular store. Then the store manger (store #29055) Monique assisted also and apologized as well while fixing the problem. These women are AMAZING! I don’t think I ever received such excellent customer service! DSW, please promote them both!
