  I recently met the founder and ceo of reliable receptionist and as a 3x startup founder, I'm super impressed with technical prowess of this company and their great culture. They have some amazing hybrid technology that can really help SMB locations that deal with inbound phone calls where it's not working out the way they want. They have some great integrations with modern CRMs and checkout their demo, it's awesome!

  I run a small estate planning law firm. We wanted to outsource our reception duties, but didn't have the budget to hire someone on-site. We were specifically looking for someone local to the Bay Area. Since we are a boutique firm, it was important that we could visit the site, and that the receptionists would be somewhat familiar with the surrounding area. When we visited Reliable, we were impressed with the operation, the management philosophy, and the attention they were willing to pay to each client's needs. Their rates are very competitive, especially for the Bay Area. We have had nothing but a pleasant experience working with Reliable. They hire pleasant, attentive, caring receptionists, and they are very responsive to client's needs and requests. I recommend them to colleagues regularly.

  I have been using Reliable Receptionist at my law office for several years now. Reliable has been outstanding. The receptionists are very friendly and helpful. Everyone over there has been very responsive when I have needed special attention or have had unique needs. I highly recommend them.

  Reliable Receptionist is a great company. All of my calls are taken and forwarded to my e-mail immediately. They are a wonderful asset to anyone who wants to grow his or her business.

  I've used Reliable Receptionist for one year now and have found that they have been extremely helpful for my practice. I was able to create various protocols for answering the different calls that I receive and they have been able to follow them. At various points where I have needed to make changes, they have always been responsive and able to communicate via e-mail which is very helpful. Their pricing is fair and when I have heavy usage they monitor it and contact me in order to help me find the most economical package for my needs. Overall, I would recommend Reliable Receptionist for anyone looking for a virtual receptionist Monday to Fridays.
