  Kasen came to the house and was very easy to deal with, knowledgeable, and took very good care of the whole property. I would recommend him and reliable pest management to everyone!

  If I could give 10 stars I would! This team of professionals has blown me away with their professionalism, responsiveness and genuine care for their customers! I had a brown recluse issue and they had someone out to my home faster than I ever expected. I also would like to say that their customer service is second to none. Every person I spoke to whether it be on the phone or in person was incredibly polite, respectful and knowledgeable. I also was very impressed that I never felt rushed when asking a question, and they explain the process clearly. Lastly, I would like to mention that they stand behind their work 100%. Totally use this Reliable Pest Management!

  The only company we have trusted for our home! Always on time and going above and beyond for us! They have made sure to keep our children and pets safe while getting the job done! Even when we have other commitments we can trust them to lock up our home for us.

  I highly recommend Reliable Pest Control — not just because they show up on time and know what they’re doing, but because they’re the rare kind of people who won’t try to gaslight you into thinking your ant problem is actually a biblical plague. Joseph and his team were refreshingly honest about what to expect: “There might still be a bug in your life, but it won’t be because of us.” Their pricing is totally fair (I shopped around, and let’s just say some other companies were quoting me like they were also going to send the bugs to college). No door-to-door hard sells, no promises of a bug-free utopia—just real talk and results. If you’re looking for integrity with a side of insect annihilation, these are your people.

  Recommend a thousand times over. Joseph was extremely thorough with his inspection. He educated us on how we can help prevent termites from coming back. He was super efficient and so was Kasen when he came back to finish covering the holes with concrete. Overall, I feel sooo much better about our home’s termite, ant, and carpenter bee problem. Very fair pricing and amazing service. Would recommend 1000/10.
