  READ ME...This review will be a little long, but I feel certain things must be explained. My home gas water heater decided to leak on a Saturday. I called a few other companies before settling on Reliable. They informed me that a tech would come out on Sunday morning (!) and no charge for the service call. The next morning Anthony showed ON TIME and looked at my system. I was thinking of upgrading to a tank less system but decided to stay with a traditional system. I have replaced a few water heaters in my time, but Anthony promised me that his installation would be a thing of beauty. I decided to let him prove his boast. He said he would go pick up a new system and be back shortly. Sure enough, he's back in about 1.5hrs with everything he needed. I'm not one to overlook someones shoulder as they work, but he encouraged it. He was extremely polite and professional. I would ask him questions to further my own knowledge and "just out of curiosity". We ended up chatting for just about the entire installation. I noticed that he had performed a few steps I thought were not necessary and asked him about one of them. He stated that in his experience the extra step would increase the life of the water tank. He took extreme care in what he was doing, and obviously takes pride in his work. Anthony is a very positive representative of this company and leaves me no hesitation in requesting Reliable heating & air for future issues.

  At first my interaction was good with this company. I got a new AC unit installed as my old one went out. They were great came in installed the new one and hauled off the old one. This was a 2 stage system. Then this is where the issues started. I contacted them about a half a year later wanting to get a duel zone system installed. The came over and was more then happy to sell me a system. So they come over to install it and can't get it to work. They come over about 3 more times trying to get it to work to then realize that the system will not work with my furnace. I also found out that the people who installed my AC originally never even wired up the second stage. So I wasn't even able to use the hardware to its potential. Once all this was found out I had to go back and fourth with them for over a two weeks to finally get a resolution to that issue. Here my main concern. They put a lien on my house with out telling me. So not only are they selling people systems that they can't use they are also putting liens on their houses without informing them. So I am in the process of trying to refinance my house and it is stalled because of them. I will never use this company again and I will highly recommend that you don't use this company.

  The maintenance fees offered are insane! They only offer 2 ways to get maintenance; pay $14.99 per month (comes out to $180 per year) or if you want to pay all at once they charge $200! FOR THE SAME SERVICE. They want that monthly income stream! I do not want them charging me monthly for something I can pay once so I guess I will take my business elsewhere. Thanks for the rip off NON-Reliable!

  I was a customer for over 20 years and recently moved out of the area. While the service I received was good and the technicians are knowledgeable and courteous, the business practices that are used for the month to month billing are deceptive so be aware. I was told when I subscribed to the monthly model that I could stop service at any time; however, what they do not tell you is that you are going to get billed for annual contract even after you stop service. Basically, I had to pay for a full year even after I had moved out of the property. Not a great experience. No offer to pro rate - nothing.

  I was with Reliable for 10 years. They changed to a montly plan so I was forced to go on it. It apparently is not a monthly plan. I did not get service for 15 months, then I got service in January. I called to get service and they said had no service calls left. I had service in january, but had not had service previously since Oct 2023. So I cancelld my service. They had the nerve to call me and tell me I owed $22 because I cancelled service and had a discount on my maintenance in January. The did not even consider the 15 months that I paid and received no service. So much for montly service and annual maintenance that you dont get.
