  My family has utilized Reliable Heating and Air for over a year now and have had multiple systems installed. At one home, we had a central HVAC system and tankless water heater installed last year. When purchasing a home this year, our old tank water heater needed to be replaced so we called Reliable, naturally. Tamarge came out and assessed the heater and recommended a new tankless and PCV, as well as "fixed" a leak. The leak that was found is still leaking despite us paying nearly $500 for repair. We installed within a few weeks and paid for the unit in full. Shortly after install, we were losing pressure and the water was not heating. It took more than 3 minutes to become passibly warm (I held my wrist under the entire time) even with the thermostat set to 140. After contacting customer service, they came back out and it was discovered that several things were not installed properly by Tamarge (who is an awesome guy, by the way) and Anthony fixed it for us. Fast forward two weeks and we are at the same issue. I have called and scheduled an appointment three times and each time, no tech shows despite having a scheduled appointment. Our window today was from 4-8pm and we have not received a call or text to inform us of the arrival time and Danielle at customer service could not tell us if we were on the schedule. What a shame. Our appointment today was for a missed appointment last week that we were scheduled for but no one showed. We need a new HVAC installed here so I guess we will look elsewhere for that job.

  Thomas Williams was very detailed and explained everything in the way I could understand it. He took his time going over everything that needed to be fixed and he also saw me the parts that were damaged and what he replaced them with. Thomas was very honest and very trustworthy. I will recommend Thomas for any issues with plumbing. If you want someone who will be willing to help you get your plumbing issues resolved and will be honest with you, please ask for Thomas Williams. Thank you so much Thomas! We appreciate your help.   DO NOT use this company. I hired them in 2021 to seal up the duct connections to the vents better, and to replace the plenum at the HVAC unit to get better air flow to rooms at the back of the house. When I came down at the end of the day they had all of my hard ducts in the trash and had fully replaced the ducts, without asking me—the existing ducts had just been inspected and cleaned and were in perfect condition. No one asked my permission to do this, and I was pushed into accepting it since somehow it was “better.” Fast forward less than four years, and the ducts are falling apart. Nothing was installed correctly (see photo—this is one of three sections where the ducts have already come apart at the seams). I called Reliable to ask if someone could come take a look. Without asking me a single question about the job, the receptionist immediately said that they only honor their installations for one year. I tried to explain to her that I hadn’t actually hired them to replace my ducts, and they had done it without asking me. When I asked her to show me where I had signed to agree to a one year warranty on a duct replacement she cut me off and said she needed to exit the conversation and would have her manager reach out. That was over two months ago. I even tried reaching out to Glen, the team member who had quoted the job, and have gotten the runaround from him for over a month now too. I have never encountered a company so determined to dodge responsibility for a faulty install. This should have been a simple fix and instead it has been a nightmare. Do not let them anywhere near your home.

  I wrote a bad review in July. I was pretty upset because of waiting 9 days for service just to have them cancel the day of, two hours before the window started. After writing the review, they did reach out and came out about two days later and resolved the issue. More recently, that same unit acted up again. There was some miscommunication & delays but at the end of the day, they got everything fixed and saved me thousands of dollars (by being on the maintenance plan). So I deleted the original review and writing a new one to give credit when credit is due.

  We experienced a professional and prompt service from Mr. Sam Hodge and Mr. Alberto Garcia team, on 09/10/2025 for installation of a complete HVAC system. Mr. Garcia's team kept us informed throughout the entire process and his team was courteously and provide us with any answer to our questions asked. Mr. Hodge shared his knowledge and expertise with us on 09/05/2025 during his initial visit and made our selection easy for the unit not a challenged, My Wife and I would recommend Reliable Heating and Air to our family and friends going forward and we give Mr. Hodge and Mr. Garcia team an A+++ rating great work.
