  I was referred to by a friend to check this building out. I came and I didn’t have an appointment and Sarah happily showed us around and accommodated me, my friends and my family in more than one occasion! She was flexible, kind and very helpful in scheduling the tour of our viewings that worked for us and happily showed us around all of the rooms and amenities. It’s a lot of effort to schedule and show people the rooms so I appreciated the accommodation of the times we were available. I highly recommend this building and to get in touch with Sarah for a scheduled viewing.

  My husband and I toured a few units with Sarah. We were moving from New Brunswick. Prior to moving we took a week long trip to Ottawa with the goal of finding a place to live which means we toured well over 20 units in a short period of time and not a single leasing agent even came remotely close to offering the same experience as Sarah. She did everything right, from excusing herself to the balcony while my husband and I chatted about how we’d decorate a potential unit to providing us with clear and useful information about each unit. She was organized, knowledgeable and prepared. I believe our appointment was supposed to be 30 minutes long however we ended up staying well over an hour. She never rushed us or made us feel like we were a burden. Following our tour she continued communications and even sent us videos/photos of other units she thought would be a good fit based on our feedback. While we didn’t end up moving to Relevé Sarah’s kindness, professionalism and dedication alone could have convinced me. Thanks again Sarah!

  Nous avons un temps limité pour trouver un appartement. Reda très compétent et efficace nous a fait signer le contrat en 3 jours. Il est disponible compréhensif et répond vite. C’est la meilleure place pour rester si vous aimez la vie au centre ville.

  I am a physician at the University Hospital and recently relocated from the United Kingdom to Canada for professional reasons. I am immensely grateful for the exceptional team that facilitated my transition. They ensured a smooth relocation from the UK to Canada, significantly reducing potential costs associated with hotel stays during my move. Reda, the letting agent, is highly skilled, dedicated, honest, and straightforward. Additionally, Milana and Kandice, from the management team, went above and beyond to assist me with settling in and made modifications to the apartment to accommodate my specific needs. Now that the shared facilities are open, I am thoroughly impressed by the quality of the amenities. The location is unparalleled, being close to Parliament, a train station, and a major supermarket, including a 24-hour grocery store nearby. These features make the property truly unique. The views are excellent, and the community is diverse, predominantly consisting of young professionals. I am very pleased with my decision to move here and look forward to residing in this community for an extended period.
