The sales rep, Chris, that helped us was knowledgeable and very friendly. He explained the difference in several products without pushing for a sale. You could tell he just knows his stuff. There is a calm relaxed atmosphere and no stress, like when you go to other "huge" competitors that are in town. This is my go to for outdoor products for camping, and backpacking. I love all the eco friendly options and sustainability.
