  I want to give a shout out to Ashley, who was helping us pick out a pair of shoes for our upcoming trip to Japan / Hawaii. I have honestly never met someone so knowledgeable and kind. Her recommendations were great, highly recommend stopping here and asking for her if you’re looking for a new pair of shoes!

  Wanted to take a moment to commend their associate, Jim, as both times we have worked with him, he has been extremely helpful. You can tell he's knowledgeable about the products and uses them. Jim also provides resources to use and is very kind and practical in his offering of assistance. Would highly recommend seeking him out for assistance while shopping at this location.

  Great experience at the REI on Sawmill! One of the employees took the time to tell us all about the REI store brand gear and the awesome perks of becoming a member. They were super knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely helpful — not pushy at all, just excited to share what REI offers. It really made us feel confident in what we were buying. Love the quality of the gear and the vibe of this location. We’ll definitely be back!
