  I recently brought back a patagonia mens jacket with defective down in 3 areas. Mike the sales associate, was EXTREMELY cooperative in assisting me for a replacement, even though I was not a Rei member on this purchase and the deadline for a free replacement lapsed. He 'bent over' backwards to help me, culminating in a very satisfactory resolution of another new jacket at no charge. Now I am a member with and will be doing much of my shopping here.

  John is great! Helped me get some new boots for my honeymoon to Norway. Extremely knowledgeable. Gear guru for sure. Lucky to have gotten help from him all while he was helping another customer too. Thanks John!!
