  Nick, the REI bike mechanic, rocks! He happily took on the challenge of repairing the front forks and wheel of our Bike Friday tandem after a minor accident that bent both the forks and disc brakes. We were very fortunate that he had the bandwidth and skill to carry out this unusual repair. REI is lucky to have him.

  Went specifically for boots/shoes. Sorry I don't remember your name. She had endless patience, a plethora of knowledge, and was able to help multiple customers at once. Kudos to her.

  We have always loved REI we moved away from our beloved REI a few years ago so we stopped in to this one, we don’t live close (usually order online). Long story short the next day I got two notifications about transactions on my Amex (ones I didn’t authorize) and REI was the only place I used it that day so I knew exactly what happened. So BEWARE!
