Employee was not knowledgeable about Blundstone sizing. I asked for a AU size and he insisted I had the wrong size. I tried explaining how Blundstone AU sizes work, but he was not willing to consider that he was wrong. Left empty handed.

Kudos to staff member Jimmy!!! He was so helpful, kind and patient with all my questions about my foldable kayak. He clearly understands customers need to feel welcome if they are to return.

I came in relatively close to closing hoping to quickly try on a couple pair of Blundstone chelsea boots before an upcoming trip. Michael was phenomenal: so knowledgeable about the product, variations, sizes, and colors; so quick at getting me into a pair that was comfortable; and so friendly.

I’ve always loved this store but they are running on a skeleton crew. I went last month to get kitted out for a hiking vacation. They double charged me for a hat. I went back the following week with friends & they were double charged for hiking boots. Today, 2 hours before leaving the country for 3 weeks, I checked my new day pack. They’d left the security tag on it! What is going on? Is it just me or are they incompetent with everyone? It’s so sad to see a once great store struggling to give decent service.
