  Got a Patagonia synchilla here last year. Wore it several times and ruined it in the washing machine getting caught in center agitator. REI Boulder gave me a replacement item and laundry bag for future use free of charge when going to take it in for in-store repair. Thank you!

  Stopped at REI today and had a fantastic experience with the Associate, Lee. They were incredibly well versed in regard to the products we were asking about. They took their time with us and ensured we walked away with the knowledge we were seeking. Lee was 10/10 super helpful and we thoroughly enjoyed our conversation with them.

  Went in on a friday afternoon and was amazed by how kind and helpful everyone was! Isaac fitted me for ski boots and shared tons of valuable info, it was clear he knew his stuff. Such a refreshing shopping experience!

  Went in just before closing to pick up an online order and was very impressed with the service I received. Cole went above and beyond for an errand I expected to take 2 minutes. The situation wasn’t ideal as I received the wrong size but I was so grateful we found out there at the store instead of once we got home. His protocol was to open the box to confirm the correct order was delivered to the store—diligence you don’t often experience—and when we found out otherwise, he went through great lengths to remedy. The line was long, he remained calm and professional, and as his coworkers left as it hit closing time, he kept solving my issue until it was right—never appearing frustrated or put out. He was thorough, solutions-oriented and friendly—thank you for the positive experience!
