  Though I've generally had very positive experiences at the store, not long ago I purchased my first mountain bike. It was a substantial purchase for me. Unfortunately, the man in the bike shop was unfriendly, never offering to adjust the bike to fit my height or describe any of the features or how they worked. He called an assistant manager or manager to check me out and this man hardly said a word to me, which was also disappointing. I will be back, but hopeful that the experience will be more positive the next time.

  Last week I went to REI at Perimeter and got a new pair of Altras. Honestly, I could have easily spent all day in here . I learned a lot about the new shoes that I was getting and had my feet resized after a few months off from long distance runs. What a great place.

  I miss the Buford location. . Your flip attitude at this location is unreal; not just once visit, but my most 3 recent visits have been less than friendly. Will no longer make the 1hr trek to shop here any longer.

  called the store before showing up this morning for rear brake replacement on my MTB,I was told no problem by a store manager, when the technician finally showed up with a poor hungry attitude told me that he could not work on my bike Saturday morning, absolutely NOT!, dude if you don't like your job change it! use to be a great bike store,so sorry 😞
