  Went to make a return since I paid for a membership to be able to return up to a year. If you have them for a few months and can return up to a year of course the shoes will be worn, so I got turned away at the store for that. Sent them in online and got a full refund. So thanks for the waste of time and horrible customer service. If your shoes look worn do an online return.

  Went to purchase a new backpack for my son's junior year in college. There were plenty of options at all different price ranges located in several locations throughout the store. We were greeted upon entering and after a few minutes of browsing, offered assistance in locating what we wanted. Though we declined, the staff were very friendly and available.

  My go to place for outdoor equipment. Employees are always helpful, knowledgeable and upbeat, especially the bike repair department
