  On August 10, 2025, Alia in the shoe department helped me with running shoes. She was friendly, efficient, and demonstrated caring for my experience. (Over the last few years, I have had experiences with staff who didn't seem to care or seemed like a cold, I'm-too-cool-for-school barista.) Gives me faith in the store again. Give her a raise!

  Most of the staff here are good but one of the managers Billy is very rude and unprofessional wont be coming here again.
