  I don't like interacting with children in public either, but for some reason they're allowed in the stores. Well behaved leashed dogs not allowed in a store that sells gear for places you would take your dog is ridiculous.

  I called the Brookfield REI Bike Service department and spoke with Remco about the metallic sound I was hearing when I rode my gravel bike. She asked me several questions and we determined that I needed to bring my bike in, which I did. Once at the store, Remco immediately began the process to diagnose the source of the noise. After a few short minutes she determined the source of the noise, a cable. In addition to resolving this problem she informed me that my wheels would need warranty service to meet the manufacturing specifications. My bike was expected to be done within a few days but the service was done in one day!!! I have since ridden my bike and the problem was resolved! Thank you Remco for the great customer service!!!!!
