  One of the friendliest REI locations. I love how their staff takes the time to talk through any of your purchases, never rushing you. The store is always clean and well stocked.

  Been a member for over 20 years and generally like their merchandise; somewhat over priced and size selections not good for petite or slimmer persons. Of all REIs visited this store is the most "Unfriendly" of all ! No customer service whatsoever! Want to be treated like an undesirable person shop here! Writing this as other stores have Better Inventory and far better Customer Service and am tired of being treated with disrespect!!

  2nd time here, Lily was great with my 1st visit. this time, David & Alyssa were absolutely fantastic! came in solo and left feeling more confident in my knowledge and overall safety with my new equipment. thanks REI Rancho!
