  Great place to buy gear for outdoor activities. It is on the pricier side tho. Nonetheless, their gear is good quality & worth the money. I bought a bicycle here about a year ago for $1,000 & it’s still going strong even through rough terrain. They also have bike maintenance services on the premises. You can literally find all major outdoor gear you can think of here, from kayaks, camping equipment, hiking canes, fishing rods, & everything in between. If you are looking for outdoor gear, this place is definitely worth it.

  First time ever going to REI, my wife and I needed shoes, Hoka's, tried on many different pairs and purchased a pair for each of us. We appreciated Aubrey's help in getting us the shoes, his patience and friendliness. He was extremely busy but still took care of us and was kind to all. Thank you REI and wanted to let you know Aubrey should be recognized.

  Worst customer service honestly what in the world. Not only was I there at the shoes for 20 minutes and no one bothered to even look at me. They helped everyone else though. After chasing someone to help me out finally she kept bringing me the wrong color shoes until I asked if they even have the color I requested she said no. So then say so!! hello???? At the register same thing other lady jumped on she helped the guy in front of me because other register was caught up helping another person. Then she helps him and jumps off…. Uh ok so I wait and wait and she jumps back on because other register is still busy with other customer… she asks are you ready??? No im just standing here at the register line with shoes for the fun of it… first time here and last. I’m going to fleet feet next and probably returning my shoes. Sheesh
