  Tried to buy some shoes this morning. The lady in the shoe department repeatedly ignored my request for help. Folks that showed up after me were quickly helped.

  Diane who worked in the shoe section at the time was of great help. I went looking for a certain pair the “Lone Peak 9” and when I had any concerning questions she was there to answer. Unfortunately for myself I have a wide foot and was indecisive on the choice. She then went above and beyond to check the current shipment that was most likely still being processed to see if she had any wides for me, in which she found. At the end I decided on the “Lone peak 9” she mentioned the return policy and since being a member she shared the benefits of the membership card! I have had no negative experience at this location!

  Had a great experience being fitted for a bag. Mackenzie was very knowledgeable and was able to help me narrow down my choices.

  THANKS MR. LESS! You saved my life. I walked into REI eager to add a new adventure to my memories. God put Mr. Less in my path to ensure I wouldn't go down the wrong lanes. I wanted to get the things I thought I needed to travel from VA to AK on a motorcycle. But Mr. Less noticed my ignorance and poor planning which could have led my dream into a nightmare, at best. He took the time to go over all what was needed and possible consequences if I didn't heed advice. I have always had a great opinion about REI but Mr. Less went far above his duties. But wait, there's more! Not only was what he said, it was the way he said it. If only you could have seen his passion and his true worries for me, a person that he had met for the first time that day, to make sure that my journey would not become a disaster. I came out of REI knowing that ALL my outdoor business will be for REI. Because I learned that day, that they will always have my back and best interest in each team members heart. I'm so appreciative of a complete stranger taking the time to ensure im safe and create amazing memories! Thank you Mr. Less and Thank You REI for choosing such amazing team members.

  Needed the Thule crossbars taken off my car. A nice guy named Tristan showed me to how to take them off and helped me with the process. Very nice kid. Thank you Tristan.
