  My husband and I recently brought our daughter to this location to try out a bicycle. Since it was our first visit, I didn’t realize we needed to ask an associate for assistance before she sat on a bike at the test ride station. She pedaled just a few feet when an associate “Eric Jensen”abruptly approached us and told us that customers aren’t allowed to ride inside the store. While I completely understand and respect that policy, the way he addressed us felt unnecessarily harsh and startled my daughter. A kinder, more understanding approach would have gone a long way — especially when speaking to parents and children. We left feeling discouraged by the interaction, which was unfortunate since we were genuinely excited about finding her first bike.

  Went in there to purchase garmin watch and sale guy walk away as soon as he saw me. Are they trying to be in business or what!

  Just waited 15 minutes to get my bike derailler looked at and nobody was ahead of me. Nobody showed up to help the sole technician there who was shooting the breeze with another customer and completely ignored me for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes I have had it and asked the tech if he could get somebody else to help. He said sorry there are only two techs here and I said I would take my business somewhere else. Never again bringing my business here or buying anything anymore at REI. Terrible customer service nowadays.
