  went to look at a bike that i saw on there website. Went in had the bike in the rack and took and out and sat on it. The guy came over oh you can't do that. I said i can't sit on a bike i'm considering purchasing. He said " NO company policy". I just left. went to Dicks much nicer employees willing to help you take a ride in the parking lot.

  This store is great. The selection is well curated, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and most importantly- they stand by the stuff they sell. I had an issue where a sneaker I’d bought online had a pretty major issue after only a few months. The team here was able and willing to take it back and refunded the cost of it. They have a lifelong customer.

  Eric in the bike department is the best! He went above and beyond throughout the entire process. From start to finish, his level of customer service was outstanding.
