  Paddy did a wonderful job repairing my mountain bike. Friendly, fast, had all of the supplies! Love REI.

  I have no idea how to leave this feedback directly to REI, but my husband and I came to this location last night and a woman named Simone was SO SO helpful and patient with me as we tried to find shoes that would fit. I have a very hard time finding shoes that fit me and I have some invisible disabilities which make this process even more difficult. I cannot say enough how much I appreciated Simone and all that she did for me - she REALLY went above and beyond and it really made my day of traveling and stress so much better.

  REI used to be a good, almost grass-roots outdoor shop but now they've become a high-end botique type store. ($60 for a beanie, really?) Like many other REI's I've visited, the FoCo store has too many know-it-all gear heads working there. And why do they have 8 handicapped and 4 pick-up parking spaces in a parking lot that small?
