  Big s/o to the REI Service Center—Frank especially! Cool guy, super easy to talk to, and he definitely reignited my excitement to keep building out my MTB rig. This Framingham location has a solid in-store selection. Normally I’m left relying on online inventory, but here I can actually shop with confidence and see everything firsthand. I’ll definitely be back soon. Appreciate the knowledge, the service, and the vibe. 🔧🚲🔥

  This store needs a serious overhaul. What a horrible experience, disgusted with the quality of the customer service. Shoe department, young man just walks by 5 times without saying hello or asking if we need help. Man at register, no hi, how are you today, did you find everything you needed? Just blank stares, takes your money and no smile or thank you. I thanked him and just says “ya”. A litttle goes a long way, treat people how you want to be treated. I blame the terrible customer service on the management. A high priced store should never be allowed to treat their customers so poorly. Sad.

  Extremely understaffed. Took 30 mins for someone to finally free up to open up an electronics case. Other people who were waiting just left.

  The primary employee in the shoe section on Saturday 8/23 was incredibly helpful! It was very crowded but they did a great job trying to help everyone at once including answering more technical questions about proper fit. It's arguably a fairly inefficient system for them to have to go in the back and bring out shoe boxes for every individual customer's request, but they did so as quickly as possible and it was impressive. Minus one star for the store's expensive prices, but everything else was great and please pass along that employee my thanks!
