  Great service today from Kevin helping me choose a replacement pair of trail shoes from last year that were too small. Spent a lot of time helping get the right fit and was eager to make sure I got it right this time. Fingers crossed they work this time but much appreciation to his patience.

  Fantastic shopping experience. Chas directed me to the store adjacent to the Bike Store so I could find shoes for my injured Achilles. Inside the Store Tom directed me to the OOFOS ~ he was passing through the Shoe Department ~ not even his department and he was so nice to help me. Thank you. Kevin went in the stockroom to get the “recovery” shoes I had come to find for me and my Sister. Purchasing 4 pairs of shoes, sunglasses, A Splash Will Do Coffee Syrups (Portland Syrups) and a Christmas ornament of a darling cabin in the mountains plus 2 paint by numbers I was helped at at the register by Mina who was so polite and nice.   Barro, thank you for taking your time in explaining the many differences between Binoculars & Monoculars. As well as letting me try different ones outside the REI doors. Barro's customer service and kindness really gave me a positive outlook on the store as a whole. I will be heading back to make the purchase. Thank you Barro. That man deserves a raise.
