  visited yesterday for a bike repair. the guy fixed it within 10 minutes and didn’t even charge me even after me insisting. great service and highly recommended.

  They relentlessly push their membership on you. The cashier at the front was visibly upset when I refused to pay an extra $30 for their membership with fringe benefits that I’ll likely never use. He held me up for minutes and ignored my wishes to not join their membership, he tried to win me over via submission I swear. God forbid I want to walk into a store to buy an item and walk out. It’s a shame because the kind folks who helped me look for and try out shoes were excellent. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. That cashier though, woof. Terrible. I will not be returning.

  Cedrik became super aggressive and rude when I told him I don’t want to become a member, and just kept on trying to sell me after I repeatedly told him no. This guy should be fired immediately, what a traumatizing experience. Cedrik, please get some help.

  Simply from the customer service alone, Rich was very helpful when it came to finding the right running shoe for me. It helped to know about his running experience and knowledge of multiple shoes, so his suggestion was easier to accept and give a try. I also heard how he socialized with other customers, and was down-to-earth. I definitely recommend coming to this place and having a conversation with Rich about the right shoe to wear!
