  Well, the store was clean… Went here to purchase a mountain bike. Stood around for a while, was told the bike guy was coming in. Looked at shoes and clothing, went back to the bikes and stood around for a little over 10 minutes. I received no help, no one approached and asked if they could be of assistance. Turned in circles with my arms up and still nothing and no one. I should have went with my gut and and went to a real bike shop. Because this isn’t it.

  What a great experience. Don helped me choose a pair of running shoes with his extensive knowledge and personal experience. Having all the details on running shoes, those who don't run might wonder how many details there could be .... Unlike any retail store whose sales associates will go to the back to get your shoes and check you out. In addition, wearing out shoes and purchasing repetitively at the end of year dividends pay for another pair . How much better does it get?

  The customer service here is great! I needed a tire on my bike changed and called them from the parking lot of Dick’s Sporting, after experiencing subpar service, and not only did the associate tell me to come by immediately, but he also met me at the door. They had my bike ready to go in under 20 mins. I will definitely make this my spot of any future bike needs.

  Horrible customer service. I went to get some equipment and clothing for an upcoming trip and despite of me asking for assistance; I received a poor customer service. Disappointed 😢 with this FL REÍ.

  John is awesome!! He helped my fiance and I with hiking boots for our elopement. He was very knowledgeable and helped us with our budget. He was fast and friendly all while assisting other customers. We got to leave the store more than satisfied with what we got!
