  Ben and Julie’s team service is world class and the finest. Their team provided excellent services for my Trek bike that Trek couldn’t provide. Very beautiful hearts with the best expertise and passion for customers! Highly recommended! Thank you REI!

  This REI is the best. And I’ve been going to all the REIs across the country in Washington, California, etc. Amazing customer service. I mentioned to Peter at the front desk that I had just made a bunch of purchases a few weeks ago and missed the Labor Day sale and he let me know that he could give me a refund if it was within 14 days. Also the guy at the shoe area and I had a long chat about our experience with altras and got tips nobody else at other REIs told me. Never thought I would enjoy coming to this REI the most. Y’all rock!

  Just because I wasn’t interested in joining their co op membership the front desk employee would not let me take their sale flyer because I indicated I don’t shop their much and would not join. Very rude. Sales personnel were extremely accommodating.
