  The staff was helpful but clearly not particularly knowledgeable, they were also EXTREMELY pushy with their membership program and definitely looked at you funny if you said you didn't want to sign up and then they WOULD COUNTINUE to push their membership, they clearly get some kind of commission which I have no problem with if they weren't so rude and pushy about it.

  I did not have a good experience at the store. There were a lot of staff working there, but no one asked if they could help me. I was feeling a little lost in the store. When I asked, someone did answer my questions, but I felt I had to go out of my way to find help.

  This store is a must go to for outdoor clothing and equipment. They have the top brands in outdoor clothing and shoes (see picture 📸 of the wall 🧱 of shoes 👞) as well the equipment you'd need for camping 🏕. Their staff is stellar! I needed a pair of really good hiking 🚶‍♂️ boots 👢 for an upcoming cruise 🛳 to Iceland 🇮🇸, Greenland 🇬🇱 and Canada 🇨🇦 and, the sales lady pulled 4 different companies boots 👢 in my size, supplied me with a pair of socks so, I could walk around with the different boots 👢 and see 👀 which one had the best fit. Also, they have an outstanding rewards program where you can earn rewards for your purchases AND, those rewards are good for 2 YEARS! No needing to RUSH out and use them before they expire. They have loads of parking (see picture 📸). Overall, a fantastic store and, the one I'll go 🚶‍♂️ to when I need outdoor stuff.
