  Today was my first time at REI. I was there to grab a few things for my trip in two weeks. Laurie the staff member was extremely nice. She went above and beyond in helping me find and gather everything I was looking for. She was great to have a conversation with. I’ve never had customer service like that in my life. She deserves all the recognition in the world! I almost never leave google reviews that’s how satisfied I was. I can’t wait to shop at REI next time!

  I’m so glad I came here. The staff was so friendly and knowledgable. Melissa showed amazing costumer service and helped me find the perfect hiking shoes.

  I took a bicycle wheel out to the bike repair shop because I thought I had a bearing problem. Tim assisted me and it turns out I am a bicycle hypochondriac. Tim listened to my description of what I was experiencing, he examined the wheel and then assured me everything was fine. Tim then showed a trick to keep my gears clean. There was no charge for the time. I appreciate Tim's experience and integrity.
