- CCCorbettJul 13, 20252.0Went in today to return a pair of Xero shoes that I bought March 15, 2025. The employee Kevin was apparently not in a good mood today. Was giving me lots of attitude and was trying to make me feel at fault for wanting to return shoes I was not happy with how they felt. I have been coming to this store to buy gear since I was 16 years old (I am 30). I have never had a bad experience with REI in all those years. Maybe Kevin was just having a bad day but the other lady was very nice and helpful. I will continue shopping and spending my hard earn money at this store but hope that these words will make their way to management to allow for better customer service training for the brand.
