  This place is such a vibe. Not only is it a beautiful structure with great energy, but everyone that works there is super friendly and knowledgeable.

  Olukai - Premium garbage shoes 180 bucks for delamination at seam. Adhesive is not doing adhesive things. I wish REI would go back to stocking premium goods, rather than designer garbage with 0 reliability I posted here because this is day two of wearing shoe and I am observing a delamination event at the corner of right shoe. On closer inspection adhesive is failing at multiple locations

  The most unique REI store in the United States. They have a small outdoor park for you test equipment and even a small track to test your bikes. Very nicely decked out and the customer service is very good. Lots of staff constantly looking out for ways to help you out.

  Working with the marketing and event coordination team was an awful experience. In June, I was asked to work an event taking place in November and it wasn't until October I was made aware of licencing and insurance requirements I didn't have. They knew I didn't have the requirements early on and waited 3 months to share them with me. I was given zero time to fulfill the requirements once I was made aware of them. The communication and coordination was poorly handled and unprofessional. Beware partnering with REI and hash out your contract requirements as early in the process as possible.
