  The bike shop staff here rocks! They’re always willing to help you diagnose problems and teach you how to solve them. My friends and I have brought in a variety of bikes and components with consistently great work. Thanks Garret and team!

  While shopping at REI, Justin approached me to offer assistance, and we began discussing the apparel available in the store. He educated me on B Corporation Certifications and explained how REI ensures that their apparel is vetted for manufacturing practices and environmental impact. Justin's passion for sharing his knowledge was evident! Throughout our conversation, I noticed that he was always attentive to his surroundings, straightening hangers and items on racks while still showing genuine interest in our discussion. I always appreciate the knowledge REI employees have about their stock, but Justin was exceptional! Keep hiring employees like Justin!
