  Great experience here always with the bike shop! They've taken care of two of my bikes and never tried to upsell me on anything I don't need. I know I'm always getting quick and quality work done.

  Heart sank from that visit. Nothing like it used to be. Service was standing around talking, kinda blocking the way? Seems like the gear quality has fallen to shambles. They had more broken/ returned items than stock for shoes?? And that no problem return policy seems to be now one season.. Can I cash out my membership? Years of supporting a cool community, now just another over priced junk retailer. R.I.P. R E I

  Just stick with Bass pro shop. 10000x better selection and way way way cheaper.
