I’ve been a loyal REI customer for years, but my recent experience at this location was deeply disappointing. When I tried to make a return, the associate repeatedly mispronounced my name even after I politely corrected them, showing little regard or respect. The situation escalated when they began lecturing me about the return policy over a faint, barely visible mark that looked like a dog lick.
I fully respect REI’s policies, but there’s no excuse for the dismissive and condescending tone I was met with. What should have been a simple interaction turned into an unpleasant and uncomfortable experience. I expect better from REI, and I will not be returning to this store again.

Horrible service. I waited for 15 minutes in the shoe department for some older guy to come assist me. And then he disappeared. Now I'm old too but I hustle. Very disappointed I walked out I needed shoes but I'm just going to buy them online. To be specific it was on October 9th at around 7:00.

Superb service. The lady at the counter was very friendly and took the time to explain to me in detail about being a member and so on, when I had stopped by to pick up the online order.
