  The employees here are so wonderful. I stopped in on Saturday to return something I purchased at another store and everyone was so friendly and happy to be there. They renewed my appreciation for REI and shopping in-person.

  Came here wanting to invest in a pair of hiking boots, but not really sure what I needed. I did my online research but nothing could compare to Doreen. She was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. She didn’t try to steer me towards the most expensive but rather what worked best with my body. Doreen has phenomenal customer service. If the store sees this, GIVE DOREEN A RAISE

  Came here 2 time since it opened. Both were different experiences. One, no one cared about us and 2nd time we went, we actually got help in the shoes department. Other than that, the REI is very California, very opinionated, and hates those who don't think like them. I'd stay clear if your not outdoor type or other things.

  Spent three hours there preparing for a backpacking trip, and the staff were SO knowledgeable, friendly, patient, helpful, and wonderful.

  Brought my son’s bike in today to have it repaired. Bought it under a year ago with membership means warranty covered it. Tom the bike technician there was extremely helpful. Fixed the bike on the spot and tuned it up for us. Very happy with their service.
