  They just lost a $200 sale because I had to walk out after waiting so long without help. Folks in the shoe department too busy talking personal business sports and USC topics with elderly customer who apparently just wanted to talk to somebody. Very disappointed.

  Great customer service front Jonathan in shoe department, he knew about the different boots and was patient rounding up different pairs for us to try on.

  I tried on 3 pair of pants. All 3 fit and had enough pockets. I had a difficult time picking which to purchase. First time in my entire 46 years on the planet. The employees are amazing. Whatever you're doing, keep it up.
