  Taylor is a wonderful girl, she helped me to find what I wanted and helped me to place order which would arrive in time for me to pick up. How nice!! You made my day, Taylor. Compare to year 2023, the Smartwool all season women Tshirt went up from $60 to $80, and REI Activator pant went up from $70 to $100, that are 30 % and 40% inflation in two years, How crazy!!! How could Americans stand for that?

  Greatest shopping experience ever. Didn’t go in to buy, just to get an idea of price point. Thank you Mo for your knowledge and wisdom on backpacking. She took the time to explain sizing and differences in the packs without ever pushing a sale. She gave recommendations on different hikes in the area. Mo was amazing. She truly deserves a raise in pay for her customer care and expertise.

  Wish I could give it ZERO stars. Went in to get a pair of Olukais. I had to approach employee who was agitated that I asked for my size. Went to check out, tried to sell me a $30 dollar membership. I declined. Then won’t give me a bag for my shoe box. How much do you have to drop to get a freaking bag? I reuse my bags. Never going back to any REI. Very rude and unhelpful. I rate my experience with zero stars!

  The older gentleman with longer hair who was working in the shoe department yesterday was WONDERFUL! Truly so helpful, sweet with my children, and an overall gem. Give this guy a raise!

  Worst REI I've ever been into. First, they have a terrible selection. Also, I went in with my wife and two small dogs inside a stroller. Hateful girl comes over and tells me I can't have dogs in the store. They're an outsiders store for Pete's sake! I've had them in other REI's with no problem. I asked for the manager and she told me she's the manager despite looking like she's 17. That was a complete lie. She claimed there was a sign on the door. Another lie. No sign. Makes me wish I wasn't an REI member. Save your money and go to the NOC in Gatlinburg, instead. Better prices there, better selection, and far friendlier. They even offered water for my pups.
